A key component of pam is its ability to go beyond CRM, PRM and SRM to facilitate intimate engagement with existing relationships. Optimise has been designed for those organisations where managing relationships is top priority, letting you work in a joined up fashion, to enable both upstream and downstream relationship engagement in once place.
Optimise lets you work intimately with partners using the Alliances module, which offers an actionable, dynamic workspace that facilitates success and mitigates against failure. Optimise also makes sure you get the most from key business relationships whether customer, supplier, statutory partner or other important organisations, by using the Accounts module.
Both Alliances and Accounts combine with intelligent group working and measurement through access to Groups, To-dos & Tasks and KPIs, to make sure all relationships meet their full potential.
pam also has a number of other modules that can be added to the Optimise Option to help your organisation achieve even more. These modules include Tools that facilitate business decisions and processes, such as managing risk, negotiations and assessing potential partners. There is also the Scorecard feature, which lets you aggregate KPIs from across pam, giving you a complete view that highlights key insights across activity.
